Jerrod Jr. (JJ) joined the BMA team in 2020 to guide the company’s internal systems and processes. After spending months learning all of BMA’s clients and projects and obtaining all the certifications HubSpot and Google had to offer, he transitioned from an Operations Consultant to his full-time role as Projects & Operations Manager.

Prior to being recruited back to Cleveland, Jerrod Jr. earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Grove City College and kicked off a successful 5-year career as a Financial Advisor in Pittsburgh.

Now a close collaborator with every department manager and team at BMA, Jerrod Jr. is devoted to ensuring team members are prepared and supported while completing projects on time, on budget, and to the exceptional satisfaction of the company’s wide array of clients.
